2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate and manage user access via Google OAuth

• Operate and maintain core features of the Will The Wise platform

3. AI Transcription and Content Storage

All files submitted for transcription are processed exclusively by our internal AI transcription engine. Transcriptions and associated data are stored only on our private infrastructure and are not shared with third parties, except where legally required. Your data is never used to train third-party models or AI services.

4. AI/ML Model Training and Calendar Data

We want to be absolutely clear: Any calendar data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar) is NEVER used to develop, improve, or train any AI or machine learning models, whether internal or third-party.

Calendar data is used ONLY for the following purposes:

• Displaying your calendar events within the Will The Wise platform during your active session
• Helping you manage and coordinate your schedule with group activities

Calendar information is fetched in real-time when you visit the site and is not permanently stored on our servers. This data is completely isolated from any AI/ML training processes and is never aggregated, analyzed, or used for model development purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted third-party services to deliver core functionality within Will The Wise:

• Google OAuth – for secure user authentication
  We request only the minimum necessary information (e.g., name, email address, and profile image) to create and manage your account.
• Google Calendar (Optional Integration)
  Users can optionally connect their Google Calendar under Settings to view and manage calendar events within the platform. Google Calendar data is never permanently stored on our servers. Calendar information is fetched in real-time each time you visit the site and is used only to display relevant information during your session. You may disconnect your calendar at any time from your account settings.
• Stripe – for payment processing and subscription management
  We use Stripe to handle all billing and payment transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy. We do not store any credit card numbers or payment credentials.

All third-party services we use are contractually required to adhere to strong data protection and privacy standards. We never share your data with them beyond what is necessary for the intended function.

6. Google Workspace API Compliance

Will The Wise's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
